昭和37年（1962年）8月16日。「すすきの浪花亭」が生まれたのは、約60年以上も前のことです。「日本の食文化を広める」という使命をこんにちまで果たし続け、店内に完全予約制「てんぷら成（masa）」の併設にも至りました。

    上客は一流企業やグルメの方々など。お出しするお料理一品ずつに説明を添え、蘊蓄（うんちく）込みで味わっていただくのが当店流。知識が求められる場合もありますが、基本はお客様とのコミュニケーション。シンプルにおしゃべりを楽しむような心地で、最初は笑顔で対応ができればOKです！

勤務時間

《Business Hours》

Breakfast 7:00～9:30 (LO 9:00)

Lunch　 11:30～14:00 (LO 13:30)

Dinner　 17:30～20:30 (LO 20:00)
